In questo giorno abbiamo organizzato una fantastica gita alla più famosa delle abbazie belghe, quella di Chimay, giustamente nota per la sua ottima birra!
Si partirà tutti insieme in pullman, così si potrà bere a volontà senza troppe preoccupazioni!
L´abbazia si trova a circa 120 chilometri a sud di Bruxelles, per arrivarci abbiamo prenotato un pullman la cui grandezza sarà commisurata al numero di partecipanti.
In ogni caso il prezzo da pagare per il pullmann si aggirerà attorno a EUR 10,- a persona, ma dipenderà, ovviamente, dal numero dei partecipanti.
Invitiamo pertanto tutti coloro che desiderassero partecipare alla gita a darcene conferma quanto prima. Il bus deve essere prenotato in via definitiva al più tardi un mese prima, quindi entro il 31 marzo 2014. Solo allora, a seconda del numero dei partecipanti, potremo stabilire quale tipo di bus prenotare e quindi calcolare il prezzo finale.
In ogni caso la partenza è prevista verso le 9-9,30 di mattina e il ritorno a Bruxelles verso le 18-18,30, quindi in tempo per farsi una doccia, minimizzare gli effetti della sbornia e andare a cena...
Una volta arrivati a Chimay ci sarà la visita dell´abbazia nonché della birreria, il tutto a un prezzo di EUR 5,- a persona.
Vorremmo poi prenotare il pranzo nel ristorante dell´abbazia: il menu che abbiamo scelto prevede, fra l´altro, una degustazione di birra e formaggi trappisti, il prezzo è di EUR 22,- a persona (per i bambini ci sono appositi menu da scegliere al momento).
Ovviamente anche per prenotare la visita alla birreria e il pranzo è necessario sapere quante persone saremo, quindi per favore chi vuole partecipare alla gita ci faccia anche sapere se lo dobbiamo considerare per la visita e per il pranzo.
Non vorremmo azzardare pronostici destinati poi eventualmente a rivelarsi fallaci, ma scommettiamo che, qualora partecipasse alla gita, il Conte Thozony potrebbe regalare agli astanti, rigorosamente seduti negli ultimi posti del bus, una versione unplugged chitarra e voce del suo cavallo di battaglia "I´m easy"...
We have organized a fantastic trip to the most famous of the Belgian abbeys, that of Chimay, rightly known for its great beer!

Once we arrive at Chimay we will visit the abbey and brewery, all at a price of EUR 5, - per person.
We would then arrange to have lunch in the restaurant of the abbey: the menu we have chosen provides, among other things, a tasting of beer and Trappist cheese, the price is EUR 22, - per person (for the children there are special menus we can chose there).
Of course, to book a visit to the brewery and lunch is necessary to know how many people we will be, so please those who want to take the tour let us know if you also consider to visit the brewery and to have lunch at the restaurant.
We would not attempt to draw conclusions for then eventually turn out to be false, but we bet that if participate in the trip, the Count Thozony could give to the onlookers, strictly sitting in the last seat of the bus, an unplugged version of his voice and guitar pièce de résistance ´I' m easy´...
